Umami in Metropolitan city of Catania

"Tiny Tex Mex restaurant but with great views over the main square. We felt a little guilty going to a Tex Mex restaurant in Sicily but wanted a change and saw the good reviews. Wasn't sure what to expect, but the burgers, wraps and tacos were fantastic quality, all the meats cooked to perfection and generous portion sizes. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a break from pasta and pizza."

"Localino strepitoso. - Partiamo dal fatto che è un piccolo pub, con un numero di tavoli molto limitato e non uno di quei posti dove si è circodati da persone che urlano, stile fabbrica del cibo. l piatti sono veramente ottimi. Abbiamo più volte preso i panini, che a differenza di altri locali non saranno scenici ma sono molto saporiti con la carne cotta alla perfezione e super tenera. Consiglio il Bronte. - Wrap ottimi pure, così come gli antipasti messicani. - Molti tipi di birre disponibili oltre all'ottima sangria. - Personale stra gentile. Insomma in estate se volete del buon cibo (messicano e non) in un locale non affollato (conviene prenotare) respirando un'arietta fresca, questo è il posto giusto. "Mi sono ritrovata una sera in questo locale insieme ad amici, devo dire che è abbastanza piccolo però molto accogliente e tavoli con noccioline prima di iniziare a consumare. Abbiamo ordinato piatti messicani un po’ piccanti e devo dire davvero buonissimi, la fonduta insieme ai tacos un piatto godurioso ed eccezionale da dividere per più persone e inoltre le alette di pollo croccanti all’esterno e molto tenere internamente. L’unica pecca è che di fine settimana ci hanno servito la sangrìa solo un litro perché l’avevano finita infatti soprattutto che avevamo prenotato è stata un po’ una delusione per il resto è un locale ottimo e sicuramente ci ritornerò quindi consigliato"

"Surprise! They have a proper menu of beers, something I was longing for after a couple of weeks of wine. We had a burrito and the ribs, which were paired with fries. The fries… were the best we’ve seen so far in Sicily. The service was lovely! Perfect place if you want to have a beer, have a fries, burrito or ribs, and enjoy the night sitting at the square of the town."

"Fantastic Al Pastor Tacos! We had a pitcher of Sangria with our meal and we paid about €30 for two, so a great price. A pleasant establishment and really well seasoned food. I definitely recommend this Mexican restaurant in the center of the Sicilian city."

"It was different than expected but very good. Communication was a struggle even with Google translate. Had octopus tacos, stinco and the burrito, black beans and the elote was just grilled corn however it was tasty."
